Pest Control Products (Inspection and Certification) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 100 of 2024.

These Regulations, made by the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development under section 15 of the Pest Control Products Act, provide for the procedure for inspection and certification of pest control products, to ensure quality and proper storage of pest control products. The Regulations concern: requirements for certification of business premises producing pest control products; sampling of pest control products for quality monitoring; procedure of seizure of non-compliant pest control products; requirements for distributors and retailers of pest control products.
