Petroleum (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules, 2003 (L.N. No. 197 of 2003).

These Rules amend the Petroleum Rules in article 31A in respect to rules for the importation and placing on the market in Kenya of petroleum products. It also prohibits the importation of prescribed quantities of specified oil products in another manner than through an open tender system centrally co-ordinated by the Ministry.
