Petroleum (Amendment) Rules, 2012 (L.N. No. 24 of 2012).

These Rules amend the Petroleum Rules in article 31A in respect to rules for the importation and placing on the market in Kenya of petroleum products. It also requires the Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited to process such minimum quantities of petroleum crude oil per calendar year as the Minister may from time to time prescribe.
