Physical Planning Order (Cap. 286).

This Order makes provision for the permission for purposes of Part V of the Physical Planning Act. All development in areas to which this Order applies shall require the grant of a permission of the local authority or liaison committee. The Schedule specifies classes of permitted development projects. Article 6 outlines powers of the local authorities or liaison committee to give directions restricting permitted development.
