Abstract
There is hereby made a scheme that shall apply to all plant varieties of vegetables that conform with the characteristics of cultivated plant of any of the genera or species specified in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations. The period for which plant breeder's rights are exercisable in respect of those plant varieties is indicated in the second column of the Schedule. Column 4 specifies the period of years prescribed before compulsory licensing. A person who infringes the plant breeder's right in the registered name of a variety of vegetable covered by the scheme here introduced, commits and offence. (7 regulations completed by 1 Schedule)
