Abstract
These Regulations, implementing provisions of section 45 of the Survey Act, amend Regulation 12 of the Survey (Electronic Cadastre Transactions) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 132 of 2020, by replacing words and definitions, and thus repeal the Survey (Electronic Cadastre Transactions) (Amendment) Regulations, L.N. 25 of 2024.
