Abstract
These Regulations require every holder of a manufacturing licence to issue export licences to individual buyers of their tea, which is intended for export. Such licences shall be within the limit of the total quota tea issued to the holders of planting licences and allocated and notified to a holder of a manufacturing licence. An export licence shall be in form A in the Schedule. Every holder of a manufacturing licence shall sell through auction sales 20 per cent of the total quantity of each grade of tea manufactured by him or her.
