Tea (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 (L.N. No. 121 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Tea (Forms) Regulations, 2000 by: deleting regulation 9; deleting the words “packer or blender” and substituting therefor the word “manufacturer” in regulation 11; and, in the Schedule, deleting Forms I and J and, in Form L, deleting the words “packing or blending” and substituting therefor the word “manufacturing” and deleting the words “packer/blender” and substituting therefor the words “manufacturer”.
