Tea (Forms) Regulations, 2000 (L.N. No. 107 of 2000).

These Regulations prescribe forms for purposes of the Tea Act and prescribe last allowable dates for submitting statistical returns, monthly cess, etc. Forms: application for registration as a tea grower/factory company (1a); Registration certificate (b); application for tea manufacturing licence (c); tea manufacturing licence (d); annual statistical return (e); monthly cess and production return (f); application for registration of tea buyers and brokers (g); tea buyers and brokers registration certificate (h); application for tea packing and blending registration (i); tea packing and blending certificate (j); buyers and brokers monthly return (k); monthly packing and blending returns (l); tea export registration (m); application for registration (n); management agent certificate (p); annual return by management agent (q).
