Tea (Licensing, Registration and Trade) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 (L.N. No. 9 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Tea (Licensing, by: substituting regulation 3 on compulsory registration of small holder tea growers with tea factories, substituting regulation 13 on registration with the Board by traders, substituting regulation 15 on the registration of tea packers with the Board and regulation 24 on the registration of management agents with the Board; inserting a new regulation (15A) on registration of a manufacturer or person dealing in tea engaged in more than one function along the value chain; making various small and minor amendments.
