Abstract
These Regulations provide with respect to: the registration of tea growers, tea tradesmen, management agents, tea packers, tea action organizers and tea warehouseman; and the licensing of tea manufacturers, in accordance with the Tea Act. They also require registered or licensed persons to observe certain conditions, requirements and rules and require them to submit returns to the Tea Board of Kenya.
