Abstract
These Regulations declare raw ivory to be a prohibited “impact” and may not be exported by any person or organization other than the Government. This does not apply to raw ivory obtained in accordance with the provision of the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act, 1976. Raw ivory required for manufacturing or for ornament in Kenya shall be purchased from the Ivory Room at Mombasa or at any place as may be established from time to time by the Government.
