This Governmental Decree amends the rules and administrative procedure for organization and conduct of tenders for concession of hunting grounds to legal persons for hunting management, specifying the composition of the permanent Commission for organization and conduct of the aforesaid tenders and requesting from the participants submittal of business plan for hunting management.
