Governmental Decree No. 440 validating the Regulation on tenders for concession of hunting grounds to legal persons for hunting management.

This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of organization and conduct of tenders for concession of hunting grounds to legal persons for hunting management and the form of Model contract for hunting management. Hunting grounds shall be classified in two categories: (a) hunting grounds that can be allotted for hunting management; and (b) hunting grounds that cannot be allotted for hunting management (free hunting grounds). Hunting grounds shall be allotted for hunting management through tenders and shall be regulated by hunting management contracts. This Governmental Decree contains Model contract form.
