Abstract
This Governmental Decree validates the Regulation on the procedure of performance of labour activity by foreign citizens and stateless persons in Kyrgyz Republic (Annex 1) and the Regulation on the procedure for employment of Kyrgyz citizens abroad (Annex 2). Regulation on the procedure of performance of labour activity by foreign citizens and stateless persons in Kyrgyz Republic specifies the procedure and conditions for the performance of labour activities by foreign nationals and stateless persons in the period of their stay in the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of performance of labour activity. Labour activity of foreign citizens and stateless persons on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out on the basis of work permit issued by the competent state authority in the field of migration. Work permit is issued to a foreign employee who has reached 18 years of age. Number of employed foreign specialists in one business entity may not exceed 20% of the total number the employees of this business entity. Regulation on the procedure for employment of Kyrgyz citizens abroad establishes the procedure for organizing the activities of legal entities and individuals to assist citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in finding employment outside the country. State regulation in the field of employment abroad is carried out by the authorized state agency for migration. Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are guaranteed state protection of their rights and legitimate interests in the state of employment.
