Abstract
This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for allocation of state subsidies out of the national budget to the following categories of seed growers: (a) seed farms that have official status for production and trade of original (super elite) and elite seeds of winter and spring wheat, barley, sugar beet, cotton, corn, beans, alfalfa and sainfoin (priority agricultural crops); and (b) seed farms of the second group, which are engaged in the production and trade of certified wheat seeds of the first and of the second reproduction. State subsidy to seed farms shall be allocated to the amount of 30 percent of the cost of production of the sold original (super elite) and elite seeds, first and second reproductions and hybrids of the first generation of agricultural crops seeds.
