Governmental Decree No. 40 validating the Regulation on Department of Rational Nature Management.

This Governmental Decree validates validating the Regulation on Department of Rational Nature Management stating the basic tasks thereof as follows: (a) implementation of state policy in the sphere of protection, reproduction and rational management of wild fauna, wild flora, and conservation of natural habitats thereof; (b) organization and performance of scientific research; (c) organization of hunting, fishing and tourism; (d) setting up functioning system of protection and conservation of wild fauna and wild flora resources; and (e) broadening awareness of and information on the state of wild fauna and wild flora resources.
