Governmental Decree No. 417 validating the Regulation on registration and storage of confiscated walnut burl, roots and walnut timber.

This Governmental Decree sets forth the modalities of registration and storage of confiscated walnut burl, roots and walnut timber. It determinesd that confiscated walnut burl, roots and walnut timber shall be delivered by the officials of State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forest Management in accordance with acceptance and assessment certificate. Storage of confiscated walnut burl, roots and walnut timber shall be authorize exclusively in specialized storage facilities in accordance with storage contracts.
