Ministerial Decree No. 183 validating the Regulation on management of confiscated timber.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the utilization of confiscated precious forest species: nutwood, walnut, walnut roots and burr walnut. Confiscated aforesaid precious timber shall be transported to Bishkek and its further use shall be determined by special Commission set up by the Government. It specifies that confiscated aforesaid precious timber species shall be used for manufacturing of commodities exclusively on the national territory and its sale and purchase to third parties shall be prohibited.
