Abstract
The scheme of phytosanitary certification is established for each species, group of species or category of regulated products on request and conditions of the importing country. For each fact of return of regulated products or receipt of notifications from the competent authorities of importing countries shall be ordered official investigation. Official who committed a violation of the requirements of these Regulations, for the duration of the internal investigation is suspended from office. The results of the internal investigation shall be examined by disciplinary commission.
