Abstract
This Governmental Decree sets forth rates of fees for collection and harvesting of wild flora species in accordance with permits issued by the authorized state body in the sphere of wildlife management and protection. It establishes that the aforesaid fees shall form special fund for protection and reproduction of wild flora species and natural habitats thereof, and also for keeping state register of wild flora species and monitoring thereof.
