Ministerial Decree No. 306 validating the Regulation on issuance of special permit for management of wild fauna and use of wild flora by special permit.

This Ministerial Decree regulates special nature management related to the use of wild fauna and wild flora species in accordance with special authorization issued by the authorized environmental and forestry institution for fee. It shall be applicable to hunting tours organized for foreign hunters and shall be composed of two different payments: (a) 5 percent of total fee shall be paid in advance and shall be nonreturnable; and (b) the remaining 95 percent shall be paid for killed animals at the moment of issuance of authorization for export of trophies but non later that a month from the date of hunting. This Ministerial Decree shall also be applicable to the use of wild flora species by special authorization for fee.
