Governmental Decree No. 760 validating the Regulation of payment of fees and calculation of rates of payment of fees for keeping subsoil management licenses.

This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of payment and calculation of rates of payment for keeping subsoil management licenses. The aforesaid fees shall be paid by holders of licenses for exploration of deposits of minerals and mining. The base for calculation of fees shall be licensed subsoil area the dimension of which shall not be subject to limiting. Calculation of fees shall be performed by each administrative territorial unit on which territory licensed area is located. Calculation of fees shall be related to renewal, withdrawal, modification, amendment or force majeure event concerning acting licenses.
