Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of licence fees for exploration of subsoil and mining. Calculation on exploration and mining licence fees shall be based upon extension of area licensed for exploration and mining. Maximum licence fees shall not be established. Calculation unit shall be established per one kilometre per year. Licence holder shall have the duty to pay licence fee for a year in advance within 30 days from the date of issuance of licence.
