Abstract
The first part of the Article 22 shall acquire a new wording: Creation and replenishment of zoological collections by means of removal of wildlife species from their natural habitat for the aforesaid purpose shall be carried out by legal and natural persons in accordance with the national legislation. The first part of the Article 40 shall acquire a new wording: Captive breeding of wildlife species shall be carried out in accordance with the national legislation.
