Abstract
The fauna is property of the Kyrgyz Republic, the integral element of the nature, a natural source, the important regulating and stabilizing component of biosphere in every possible way protected and rationally used for the purpose of satisfaction of material and spiritual needs of the citizens. The present Law establishes legal relations in the field of protection, use and reproduction of objects of fauna. The document consists of XI Sections that contain 53 Articles. Section I (arts. 1 – 7) establishes the basic concepts used in the present Law. Section II (Arts. 8 – 10) deals with the governmental management in the field of protection, use and reproduction of objects of fauna. Section III (Arts. 11 – 12) regards monitoring, state registration and keeping state cadastre of objects of fauna. Section IV (Arts. 13 – 14) concerns control over protection, use and reproduction of objects of fauna. Section V (Arts. 15 – 27) regards protection of objects of fauna. Section VI (Arts. 28 – 42) deals with fauna use. Section VII (Arts. 43 – 44) determines the legal status of officials of especially authorized state bodies in the field of protection, use and reproduction of objects of fauna. Section VIII (Arts. 45 – 47) deals with economic regulation of protection, use and reproduction of objects of fauna. Section IX (Arts. 48 – 51) establishes the responsibility for violation of the legislation in the field of protection, use and reproduction of objects of fauna. Section X (art. 52) regards international relations of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of protection, use and reproduction of objects of fauna. Section XI (Art.53) lays down the final provisions.
