Law No. 148 amending Law No. 283 “On renewable sources of energy”.

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “All the electric energy generated with the use of renewable energy sources and not consumed by the owner for personal need and not sold to other consumers on contractual basis must be purchased by the biggest electric distribution company within the boundaries of administrative unit where installation for renewable energy generation is located independently of electric energy circuit to which it is connected”.
