Abstract
The present Law regulates relations in the field of the organization, protection and use of especially protected territories with a view of preservation of benchmarking and unique natural complexes and objects, noteworthy natural formation, genetic fauna and flora fund, studying of natural processes in biosphere and the control over changes of its conditions. The document consists of X Sections that contain 25 Articles. Section I (arts. 1 – 6) lays down the general provisions. Section II (Arts. 7 – 10) regards national reserves. Section III (Arts. 11 – 13) concerns the state natural national parks. Section IV (Arts. 14 – 15) state game reserves. Section V (Arts. 16 – 17) deals with state nature sanctuaries. Section VI (Arts. 18 – 19) deals with state botanical gardens, dendrology parks, and zoological parks. Section VII (Arts. 20 – 21) regards natural recreational territories. Section VIII (Arts. 22 – 23) concerns the organization of especially protected natural territories protection. Section IX (art. 24) establishes responsibility for the infringement of specially protected natural territories regime. Section X (Art 25) regards international agreements.
