Abstract
The Ministry of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing is established under the jurisdiction of the Royal Government of Cambodia. The Ministry shall administer and manage fisheries, forestry and agriculture in Cambodia. It is headed by a Minister assisted by a secretary of State and/or Under secretary. Details of organization and functioning of the Ministry shall be established by Decree. All provisions contrary to the provisions of this Law are abrogated.
