Prakas on Procedures for Issuance of Permit and Management of Trade, Production and Mixing of Animal Feeds, Raw Materials or Additives.

This Prakas aims to define the procedures for the issuance of permit and management of trade, production and mixing of all kinds of animal feeds, raw materials or additives.
Natural persons or legal entities engaged in the operation of importing or exporting animal feeds, raw materials or additives of all kinds shall comply with technical standard requirements as listed in Article 20, including: 1. Shall possess a permit to import-export; 2. Shall possess a registration certificate for of animal feed, raw materials or additives of all kinds; 3. Shall possess certificate of quality analysis from the country / factory of origin; 4. Shall possess a list of names of animal feeds, raw materials or additives of all kinds from the country / factory of origin for import and export; 5. Shall possess a warehouse registered by the General Department of Animal Health and Production for stockpiling animal feeds, raw materials or all kinds of additives; 6. Shall ensure safety of the transportation of animal feeds, raw materials or additives of all kinds in accordance with the requirements stated in Article 28 of this Prakas; etc. Natural persons or legal entities engaging in the production and mixing of animal feeds, raw materials or additives of all kinds shall comply with the technical standard requirements as listed in Article 24, including: 1. Shall possess a permit for production and mixing of animal feeds, raw materials or additives of all kinds; 2. Shall possess a certificate of registration of animal feeds, raw materials or additives of all kinds; 3. Shall comply with the standard requirements of the registered animal feed, raw materials or additives of all kinds; 4. Shall fully comply with technical standards, ensure the quality and safety in the production and mixing of animal feeds, raw materials or additives of all kinds; etc.
