Abstract
This Prakas sets out the requirements for labeling of household chemical products distributed in the market in the Kingdom of Cambodia for the purpose of protecting the welfare and interests of consumers.
All household chemical products distributed in the market in the Kingdom of Cambodia shall have a permit to import, manufacture and distribute from the relevant ministries or institutions. Persons conducting household chemical products business electronically shall apply for an additional permit from the relevant ministries and institutions. Persons conducting household chemical products business are responsible for ensuring that their products are of good quality and safe and have proper labeling in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All household chemical products shall be displayed in a safe place and separated from food products. All labeling of household chemical products shall not be misrepresented or mislead, deceive or cheat consumers.
