Abstract
This Sub-Decree determines the organization of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries’ entities and the missions of the general departments, general inspectorate, and locally based entities of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Sub-Decree consists of 10 Chapters divided into 30 articles.
Functions, duties and structure of the Ministry are outlined in Chapter 2. There shall be a General Inspectorate which shall act as a mechanism of the ministry for the activities listed in Chapter 4. Roles of the Ministerial General Departments are defined in Chapters 5 and 6. The remaining Chapters deal with locally based entities, public establishments, financial auditing, etc.
