Abstract
The Sub-decree includes the following Chapters: I, General provisions; II, Household waste management; III, Hazardous waste management; IV, Monitoring and inspection of Hazardous waste management; V, Penalty; VI, Final provisions; Annex on type of hazardous Waste. It regulates the collection, storage, disposal, dumping, recycling of solid domestic and industrial, commercial, hospital and other asserted waste in order to prevent any ecological damage to the ecosystem and avoiding pollution of both soil and water.
