Abstract
This Prakas is issued by the Minister of Ministry of Environment to launch standards of the quantity of toxic chemicals or hazardous substances contained in hazardous waste which is allowed to be disposed in sanitary landfills and standards of the quantity of toxic chemicals or hazardous substances allowed in soils as stipulated in the table of annex 1 and annex 2 of this prakas.
Every disposal of toxic chemicals, hazardous substances or hazardous waste shall be proposed to Ministry of Environment.
