Abstract
This Act amends several sections regarding the appointment of nominated members of council, the elected president of the councils, convening of council meetings, minutes of the proceedings of every meeting of a council or of a committee, and lending money from the Council funds in accordance with the provisions of the Money Lending Act 1988.
