Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of the Public Health Act, Chapter 9.21, concern: bakehouses, bread, cake, biscuits, pastry and confectionery, and bread sellers. The Regulations specifies: sanitary requirements for cleanliness and sanitation of premises; hygiene requirements for employers working in bakerooms; measures for keeping bread intended for sale in a healthy place; measures for collection and removal of waste and refuse in the bakehouse; issuance of health certificates for workers employed in a bakehouse; penalties for misconduct.
