Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of the Public Health Act, Chapter 9.21, concern duties of health officers and sanitary inspectors imposed under the provisions of the Act and of these Regulations. Matters covered by these Regulations include: information on sanitary condition of the district of each inspector; systematic inspections; duty to report nuisance, non-observation or breach of any Law or Regulation related to the public health; pollution and wastage of water supplies; inspection of dairies, food-shops and other food-handling places; examination of any animal or its part and any article of food or drink in such establishments intended for human consumption; notification of the occurrence of any infectious disease or other serious outbreak of illness causing injury and damage to public health; daily inspection in respect of noxious and offensive trades, businesses and manufactories; recording and reporting activities.
