Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of the Public Health Act, Chapter 9.21, provide for requirements concerning manufacturing of ice and aerated water in the island of Saint Christopher. The Regulations concern: application of registration to the Central Board of Health; registration and grant of certificate concerning the sanitary conditions of rooms and premises; medical examination of employees; use of pure and uncontaminated water supply to manufacture ice and aerated water; inspection of premises conducted by government medical officers and sanitary inspectors.
