Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of the Public Health Act, Chapter 9.21, provide for empowering every local authority to observe and enforce all the provisions of the Act and of any Regulations made under the Act. The Regulations specify procedures and duties of local authorities, including keeping public streets and places clean and safety; maintaining the hygiene and sanitary requirements in all water containers and collectors; providing an efficient service of vehicles for the collection and removal of refuse and waste, in order to prevent any damage or danger to public health.
