Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of the Public Health Act, Chapter 9.21, concern milk of cows and goats intended for sale for human consumption or for use in the manufacture of products for sale for human consumption. The Regulations provide for: registration as a cow-keeper of any person keeping cows for the production of milk; licensing and authorisation for milk and dairy products production; certification of good health, and restrictions on issue of licences; hygiene and safety requirements of dairy premises; precautions for protecting milk against infections and contaminations, in order to protect public health; cleanliness of vehicles used for transport of milk; penalties.
