Non-Government Organisations (Amendment) Act, no. 22 of 2024.

This Act amends the Non-Government Organisations Act, Cap. 20.59, by replacing subsections concerning: fees for registration of Non-Government Organisations (NGOs); financial measures and statements of NGOs; compliance provisions; criteria for de-registration of NGOs; further amendments concern the introduction of a paragraph concerning the risk of financing terrorist activities, and an effective implementation of risk mitigation measures and risk based approach in the monitoring and supervision operations; content and provisions of the Regulations, including procedural matters.
