Non-Government Organisations Regulations.

These Regulations provide for implementing the Non-Government Organisations Act, Cap. 20.59. The Regulations concern the following matters: registration of Non-Government Organisations (NGOs); payment of an initial application fee; maintenance of the status as a non-profit company by NGOs; establishment of the NGO Commission and appointment of its members; powers and functions of the Commission; procedure at meetings.
