Public Health (Establishment of a Board of Health) Order, S.R.O. no. 4 of 1973

This Order, made under the provisions of the Public Health Act, Cap. 9.21, provides for: establishing a Board of Health, appointing its members and staff, specifying its duties, including: advising the Minister in regard to public health generally; recommending rules and regulations on the operation of: public water supplies, business establishments, factories and markets, accidents and preventive programmes, recreation programmes.
