Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of the Public Health Act, Chapter 9.21, provide for defining sanitary standards for premises where pigs, goats, sheep, cows, horses, poultry and birds are kept, in order to prevent pollution of any water course or supply, and therefore any public health nuisance. The Regulations prescribe restrictions on keeping of animals, and penalties in case of misconduct.
