Amendment to the Plant Protection Law Enforcement Regulation.

The Regulation amends the following articles of the Plant Protection Law Enforcement Regulation: (a) article 1, on the designation of places for import; (b) article 3, on prohibited districts and plants of import; (c) article 5, regarding the place and date of inspections; (d) article 15, on the destruction of seeds and seedlings; (e) article 17 is repealed; (f) article 18, on the application for inspection of cultivation field; (g) article 19, on the application for inspection of plants for export; (h) article 24 concerning the issuance of the inspection certificate. With these amendments modifications have also been made to the existing list of prohibited plants and plant products.
