Abstract
For the purpose of implementing the Plant Protection Law of 1961 this Regulation provides for: (a) the inspection of imported plants and other inspections by the plant protection official; (b) the disinfection or destruction of plants to be established by order of the official; (c) the designation of seeds and seedlings according to the classification of article 11 (i.e., bulbs of flower and vegetable - tubers of potato and sweet potato - seedlings and sections of fruit and nut tree); (d) the isolated cultivation of certain seeds and seedlings; (e) the issuance of the required certificates by the plant protection official. The Regulation is followed by a Table containing the list of prohibited plants for entry into Korea.
