Enforcement Decree of the Act on Management of Disaster Management Resources (Presidential Decree No. 34111).

The purpose of this Decree is to regulate matters delegated by the Act on Management of Disaster Management Resources and matters necessary for its implementation.
The Decree provides for: the responsibilities of various administrative bodies, including the Minister of the Interior and Safety and local governors, in overseeing disaster management supplies, designation of national and regianal disaster management support enterprises,designation of national disaster management logistics enterprises, delegation of affairs concerning management of disaster management resources, standardization of disaster management supplies, etc.
