Enforcement Decree of the Act on Protective Action Guidelines against Radiation in the Natural Environment.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Act on Safety Control of Radioactive Rays Around Living Environment and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. In particular, article 2 lays down provisions relating to matters to be included in the Comprehensive Plan. The text – consisting of 18 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: Formulation of Annual Implementation Plans (art. 3); Scope of Persons Subject to Registration (art. 4); Treatment, Disposal, Recycling of By-products from Processing (art. 5); Safety Protection for Workers (art. 6); Disposal of Defective Processed Products (art. 8); Installation and Operation of Monitors (art. 9); Entrusting Business Affairs (art. 16); Standards for Imposition of Administrative Fines (art. 18).
