Enforcement Decree of the Act on Registration, Evaluation of Chemicals.

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated from the Act on Registration, Evaluation of Chemicals and matters necessary for the enforcement of such matters. The text – consisting of 32 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: Definition of Terms (art. 1); Composition of Evaluation Committee (art. 5); Reporting of Changes in Manufacture of Chemicals (art. 9); Exemption from Registration of Chemicals (art. 10); Research Institutes (art. 17); Affairs Processed by Chemical Information Processing System (art. 22); Designation of Green Chemical Centers (art. 24); Protection of Data (art. 30).
