Enforcement Rule of the Act on Registration, Evaluation of Chemicals.

The purpose of these Rules is to prescribe matters delegated by the Act on Registration, Evaluation of Chemicals and its Enforcement Decree and other matters necessary for the implementation thereof. Article 2 establishes that the Minister of Environment may, in accordance with article 4 (4) of the afore-mentioned Act provide administrative and financial support to the institutions designated by the said Minister, within budgetary limits, to conduct support projects for small and medium enterprises, such as investigation, research, education, publicity concerning the matters listed in this articles related to the registration, evaluation of chemicals.
